ItBut if you look closer, you will see that it has many extras (many themes and wallpapers, lots of cracked software and customization programs, WinRAR, etc) that drops to the user profile directory, which you have to install manually. It is preactivated. The ISO was made using nLite 1.3.5 on Windows XP SP3.
