'''FuckYouBill 2009''' is a bootleg [[:Category:Bootlegs based on Windows XP|Windows XP SP3]] edition, which was created by Piter Pen and Goletsa. It released on December 27, 2009, and was added to the archive on April 28, 2023. There was another version of this bootleg, FuckYouBill 2007, which was found and added to the archive on July 25, 2024.

This bootleg comes in 2 parts. The first DVD has the base OS along with all the PE'sPEs, drivers, updates and more, and the second DVD contains the WPI which has all the software, and Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 along with English/Russian packs for IE7/IE8, Russian MUIs, and a Windows XP activator/deactivator. It is the largest Windows XP bootleg in the collection (6.2 GiB, combined size).
