Windows 10 Halloween 2015: Difference between revisions

* New sound set with probably the worst selection of sounds I've ever seen:

** The Asterisk sound now has a loud echoing scream in it, the Windows Change Theme sound is now a 23 second long clip of loud ghost noises, 3 of the events don't have any sounds assigned to them, the Misrecognition sound event is the Windows Startup sound file (the one that's a short blip))
