Windows 7 Underground 2012 is a bootleg Windows 7 SP1 edition, which was created by Nishant of Reckons International Team. It released on November 2, 2012, and was added to the archive either in late 2021 or early 2022. This release is the first bootleg in which they rebranded as Reckons International Team.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows 7 SP1 ISO. It is themed after the game Need for Speed Carbon. It has had some programs and updates added, quite a bit of themes with wallpapers and a lot of gadgets. It comes with its own autorun, and specialized software collection. It is preactivated.

The autorun was made with AutoPlay Media Studio.

Changes from Windows 7 SP1

The setup background is changed to be a space wallpaper with the OS name on the top
New pre-OOBE graphics

New login graphics. The log in background is changed. The login OS banner is replaced with a green Windows logo, the OS name is in a similar font to the Epic Megagames Unreal font, and the loading circle is slightly greener
