Windows Vista Kagome Titanium SP2 Edition is a bootleg Windows Vista SP2 edition, which was created by amc. It released on July 20, 2009, and was added to the archive on February 4, 2023.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows Vista SP2 ISO. The OS is now styled with a Mac OS theme (particularly Aqua). It comes with 1 GB worth of software, updates and graphical utilities which is installed through the WPI on the CD itself, 50+ themes and 200+ wallpapers.

During the OOBE finalization sequence, registry tweaks will be applied (which means you will get 3 different Open with Notepad menu items, one of which doesn't even work, and duplicate settings which make the OS a little less stable, well, not any more unstable than Windows Vista usually is). You can also re-apply them in the WPI in case you missed them.

It is preactivated. The ISO was made using vLite 1.2 on Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 32-bit.

Bootleg quirks

  • "vistasteel" will not apply due to it pointing to a nonexistent msstyles file. It's actually supposed to use the msstyles from "Vagia's G Revolution".
  • There are two folders, an internet shortcut to the author's website, and XWindows Dock on the desktop, but we will focus on what's inside the two folders.
  • In Activator, there is a copy of VistaLoader 4.0.
  • And in Extras, inside there are three subfolders and a copy of GlassCMD.
    • The first folder has an unmodified backup copy of imageres.dll, the second has dock icons for RK Launcher and XWindows Dock, and the third has a collection of Windows Vista tweakers.
