Windows XP Destination Dream 2011 (also known as Destination Dream 2012) is a bootleg Windows XP SP2 edition, which was created by Ahmed Fawzy. It released on December 4, 2010, and was added to the archive on April 6, 2024.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP2 ISO. It comes with 2 new themes by default.

It drops almost the same files to the root of Documents and Settings as Windows 3D 2010. The only difference is that there is now nVienna Sidebar 1.3 and a RAR file full of themes.

It is unattended and preactivated. The bootleg was made using nLite 1.3.5 on Windows XP SP2. The ISO was touched up with UltraISO 9.3.6.2750.

Bootleg quirks

Themes.rar has duplicates of all the preincluded themes.
Only 7 of the 15 included wallpapers have thumbnail cache for them.
The setup and CD label says "Destination Dream 2012", yet everywhere else the OS is referred to as "Destination Dream 2011".

CD contents and other info

There is a README file on the CD root, which reveals the author's name and email address.
The CD label is set to "D.Dream.AF.2012".
