XTremeCD 4.06.14 is a Windows XP SP3 based distribution created as part of the XTremeCD series by XTreme.ws. It released on June 4, 2014, and was added to the archive on May 4, 2023.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP3 ISO, with many SATA-RAID and DriverPack drivers integrated. It comes with its own boot selector. Through it, you can install the bootleg with or without SATA-RAID drivers/DriverPack drivers. You can choose to make the bootleg installation unattended. You can also access Acronis TrueImage Home 12.0.9809, Acronis Disk Director 11.0.2239 and Norton Partition Magic 8.05.

It comes with many themes, and wallpapers. It comes with many updates. It comes with its own autorun.

The bootleg was made using nLite, the boot selector used was Bootable CD Wizard v2.0a1 and the autorun was made with Advanced CD Launcher.

Bootleg quirks

AkelPad replaces the default Notepad.
There is a program group in the Start menu named "Софтовый архив", which contains internet shortcuts to various warez sites, namely Bigtorrent.su and XTreme.ws.
The C: drive label is set to "System".
The C: drive has its own icon.
