Windows 7 Academy Sigma is a bootleg Windows 7 SP1 edition, which was created by Gaber Samir. It released on March 6, 2019, and was added to the archive on January 10, 2024.

Description

The bootleg is a modified Windows 7 SP1 ISO. It is mostly gold themed. It only comes with new graphics, themes and wallpapers, there aren't any programs. It is relatively weak compared to Gaber's other bootlegs.

On the first boot, registry scripts are set which will set Windows Loader to run once on startup and the IE homepage to MrGaberSamir.com.

The ISO was made using WinToolkit and RT Seven Lite.

Changes from Windows 7 SP1

Minor changes

The setup OS text is changed first to "Windows 7 Academy Sigma", then "Windows 7 Academy". The copyright text is now "Copyright © Academy Gaber Samir *::(Www.MrGaberSamir.Com)::*".

New setup graphics. The setup window is now transparent. The Back button is now golden and the X button is now a nuclear symbol.

Notes

Bootleg quirks

Interestingly, all of the backgrounds in the Arabic version are flipped horizontally. The rest of the versions are normal.
The new boot screen will not apply on Arabic installations of the OS, due to the MUIs for winload.exe (critical for the boot screen tool's operations) only existing for all other languages except Arabic (which is kinda funny considering the fact that Arabic is the default language)
You can find the Full Glass program and a Social Media folder on the desktop. Inside the folder, it contains:
