The RunOnceEx procedure is based on <code>First.cmd</code>, which is a batch script that calls other batch scripts in a series, to configure the system.
* The first script to be loaded, <code>keydoard.cmd</code> (sic), sets the default keyboard layout to Hindi.
* The second script, <code>mouse.cmd</code>, sets up the mouse settings.
* The third script, <code>imgsis.cmd</code>, registers "Image.dll", which is the Byblos Shell Extension.
