The OS has been updated with Windows 7 UI elements. It comes with many new programs, themes and wallpapers, screensavers, icons, cursors and sounds. It is unattended, and preactivated.
Windows XP Ismailawy is a football (or as North Americans call it, soccer) related OS. It includes a wallpaper which is presumably the World Cup, and includes a football theme by default.

The ISO was made using nLite 1.4.9.1, and the autorun was made with AutoPlay Media Studio 8.0.7.0.
