Sergey Bedrin (full name: Сергей Бедрин Викторович) was a Russian bootleg author who owned the eWafr-Bedrin group, known for their line of prototypical Windows modifications (they were more transformation packs, but had traits now commonly present in Windows bootlegs), such as WinBeOS98 and BedOS.
