Gamer OS V1 is a bootleg Windows 11 edition, which was made for TeamOS by Phrankie. It was released on August 22, 2023 and added to the archive on October 28, 2023. There are 3 other versions of this bootleg (V2, V3 and V4) which are not archived yet but still downloadable.
Description
This bootleg is a modified Windows 11 22H2 ISO. It comes with a lot of bloat removed, a custom icon pack, themes and more. After the hardware detection/windeploy phase, the OS will be compressed with LZX compression. This ISO is unattended and can be activated with the MAS AiO v1.6 script included in the Extras folder. This ISO was made using NTLite.
Changes from Windows 11 22H2
Minor changes
- The ISO uses a custom icon.
Changes in pre-desktop procedures
- The setup engine was replaced with the Windows 10 one.
- New setup graphics: the OS uses a transparent window and a custom background.
Look and feel
- The icons were changed. Notably, the icons of Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Music, Videos, the Extras folder on the desktop and a lot of Control Panel icons were changed to be themed after some video games.
- 4 themes (including the default one) were added.
- Several context menu shortcuts were added.
