Windows 7 Underground 2012 is a bootleg Windows 7 SP1 edition created by Nishant of Reckons International Team released in November 2nd, 2012, and added to the archive either in late 2021 or early 2022.
Description
The bootleg is a modified Windows 7 SP1 ISO. It is themed after the game Need for Speed Carbon. It has had some programs and updates added, quite a bit of themes with wallpapers and a lot of gadgets. It has a new autorun, and a WPI. It is preactivated.
The autorun was made with AutoPlay Media Studio.
Changes from Windows 7 SP1
- The setup background is changed to be a space wallpaper with the OS name on the top
- New pre-OOBE graphics
- The log in background is changed. The log in OS banner is replaced with a green Windows logo, the OS name in a similar font to the Epic Megagames Unreal font, and the loading circle is slightly greener
- Several new themes have been added. New regional themes with custom wallpapers are also present
- New default wallpaper
- The system icons have been replaced with new ones
- Over 550+ gadgets have been added
- The Explorer bar is at the top instead of the bottom
- The desktop context menu has been filled with so many entries to the point where it takes up the whole screen in low resolutions

Notes
- The Setup has been reworked to have a post-run segment which is why there is a Updating Windows dialog before you reach the desktop
- Before the Updating Windows dialog box updates the theme to the Basic one, the classic theme is set to the Classic one instead of the Standard one
- It is possible that Reckons International Team may be the same group as Rockers International Team.
