Windows 8.1 Blue Edition is a bootleg Windows 8.1 edition, which was created by ModMaker89 of TeamOS. It released on January 6, 2023, and was added to the archive on the same day.

Description

The OS is a modified Windows 8.1 ISO. It has an Aero-like theme, new blue wallpapers and lots of software preinstalled.
