Unlike most bootlegs which usually edit an existing Windows distribution (especially 32-bit ones), this one is a DR-DOS 7.03 based boot disk of 4 Windows CE versions which are virtualized with a DOS port of Microsoft's Device Emulator, which is a stripped-down version of Virtual PC 2007, used for virtualizing the Windows CE firmware.
On the first boot, you get detailed instructions on how to operate the boot disk and take advantage of its included executables along with a listing of the available Windows CE versions.
