'''Windos 7''' is a bootleg [[:Category:Bootlegs based on Windows XP|Windows XP SP3]] edition, which was created by CHOCOLATEMAN (''yeah, hard to believe, I know''), and one of his real life friends which went by the persona "Inspector Gadget" on CollabVM.

They even made up a fake story to go along with the bootleg - they claimed they supposedly found the bootleg in a thrift store (later retconned to finding it on archive.org), and that it came out on September 21, 2012 (which it did not, they had merely edited the file dates on the CD to hide the true date. The real date is visible in the ISO creation date
This bootleg may possibly be one of the first ever "ironic" bootlegs, predating even mods like [[CrustyWin Wiki:Banned ISOs|Windows CTAC]].
== Changes from Windows XP SP3 ==
* The OOBE music has been replaced with a [[:File:Windos7oobe.ogg|techno song]] from the Newgrounds Audio Portal (Eon - Universe City).
* New default wallpaper. The Bliss wallpaper has been replaced with the Windows 7 wallpaper, albeit without the Windows logo. The wallpaper seems to be taken from a free wallpaper website.
* The Classic Start menu's banner is changed to a rainbow.
