The bootleg is a modified Windows 10 2016 LTSB ISO.

Changes from Windows 10 2016 LTSB

Setup wallpaper has been changed to include a patch of black flowers
Setup aero graphic has been changed to an all-transparent bitmap, which makes it difficult to read some text
Several new themes have been added
Default font has been changed to Open Sans
A new dark visual style has been added, and made by default
A new icon pack has been added
