'''Windows 8 xTreme''' (also called: Windows 8 Pre Xtreme Edition, Windows 8 Ultimate Xtreme Edition) is a bootleg Windows 7 RTM edition made by [[:Category:Bootlegs created by Skat666|Skat666]], which released in August 28th, 2009. It was once considered lost but on 3 December 2022 it was discovered in parts on [[CrustyWin_Wiki:Dead_File_Hosts#Chomikuj|Chomikuj]] by mv and added to the archive on the same day. Despite its name, this OS actually came out before Windows 8 was announced.

Like [[Windows 8 Halloween Psycho]], this bootleg does not have many changes, but it released a month after Windows 7 RTM did, making this mod one of the first Windows 7 bootlegs made along with [[Tiny7]] and [[Windows 7 Black Edition 2009 R1]].
