* If you don't have Aero already enabled from the get-go, you will get Windows Basic instead, which has a unique wallpaper only available there. The default Aero theme is just SiCO Big.
* Quite a few things have been renamed, such as the start menu's search bar now being called "xTreme Power Search Engine", and the Control Panel "xTreme Panel".
