It comes with its own autorun.
It also comes with "Sniper Control Panel" and "Sniper Xp Programs". The former allows you to access a variety of programs, and access another means of setting the wallpapers and themes. The latter lets you install extra programs. There is another program, solely dedicated to the author's social media links, which is easily accessible as an executable file on the desktop.
It comes with registry tweaks. It is unattended, and preactivated.

* The text-mode setup OS text is changed. At first it is "

* New boot graphics
* New pre-login and login graphics
* New default theme, and wallpaper
* 110 new themes included. It is based on the theme-pair system seen in bootlegs like [[Windows XP Fannan NewLook 6|Fannan NewLook 6]] and others; 33 unique themes in total)
* 110 new wallpapers included. It's supposed to be 111, but the 17th wallpaper is missing. The wallpapers date back to 2017.
* New icon set
* The title of the autorun is "SUTEP (sic) SNIPER".
* Various applets all around the OS has had custom graphics added to them.

* Both the root of the C: drive and CD have a custom background. The latter has all files hidden except the Software folder and Start.exe (the autorun).
* The drive label is set to "SNIPER XP 1.0".
