Not to be confused with Windows XP Vienna Edition, a Vietnamese bootleg.
Windows XP Codename Vienna 2008 Russian is a bootleg Windows XP SP2 edition, which was created by Sanja Alone/putnik521. It released on December 24, 2007, and was added to the archive on August 6, 2022.
The bootleg is a modified Windows XP SP2 ISO, which comes with Mega Love Face integrated. Like that Vietnamese mod with a similar name, it is themed after the then-in-development version of Windows that would become Windows 7 (Windows Vienna). It comes with many themes, wallpapers and programs.
On the first boot, Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 will be installed (or so it tries to, it doesn't work).
It is unattended and preactivated. The ISO was made using nLite 1.4 and Windows Unattended CD Creator 0.9.8 on Windows XP SP2. Despite the actual autorun executable being nonexistent, there is configuration for a Boa CD Installer 2007/Advanced CD Launcher autorun program, which was provided by a nLite addon.
