It was designed to resemble early Longhorn builds from that period. It also has a Post-Install on it, which installs some programs, changes the boot screen and the boot.ini file, installs some registry tweaks, and drivers for VIA RAID controller (ostensibly for SATA support). Apart from those, it is mostly stock. It is unattended and preactivated.
