Notes
Bootleg quirks
- In the System Properties where it says "Powered by...", it's supposed to be "Powered by DMS & Tomecar", but due to how Windows works, it instead says "Powered by DMS _Tomecar". The ampersand is used to notate a menu access key (shown with an underline), which is used in Windows dialogs. The menu access key is used to make navigating UI elements quicker. In order for the ampersand character to display properly, the author would've had to write a double ampersand (
&&). Windows XP Extreme Gamers Edition also has this error. - In the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties, the Classic Start menu preview image shows a banner saying "Windows XP Media Center Edition". The actual classic Start menu's banner differs, it just reads Windows XP.
